Personally Identifiable Information 
Personally Identifiable Information is information about you and your business, such as your name, company name, company address, phone number, e-mail address, FEIN, etc.

Cookies are electronic tags or text files placed on your computer when a web site operated by Clockwork (or one of its agents) is accessed. Cookies tell our Web server what preferences to display, return you to your point of exit, and distinguish accessed links. Cookies are not used to track member activity after leaving our Web site(s). Gathering Information
We collect voluntary information through registration of electronic forms, surveys, promotional campaigns, and questionnaires. We cannot control information on sites linked from this site, other Clockwork sites, or third-party sites. Protection of Client Information
Personally identifiable information is sent or accessed through a secure server. The secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. All customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. 

Opting-Out
At any time you can choose not to receive e-mails featuring new products, services, promotions, surveys, etc. using either of the methods below.
  • All e-mails will include a reply link giving you the ability to opt-out of future e-mails.
  • Or, you may provide written notice to Clockwork that you prefer to be excluded from future e-mail. Please include your company name, client number (if applicable), company address, e-mail address, and telephone number.
